Because our products are custom-made and/or personalized specifically for each customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once payment has been submitted and your order has entered production, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including:
- Names, spelling, wording, and dates
- Sizes and garment colors
- Design colors and personalization details
- Approved mockups, when applicable
Gifted Queenz Creation LLC is not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.
Sizing
Please review the provided size chart before ordering. Because items are customized, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
Errors or Defective Items
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of your order. If you receive an item that is defective or contains an error made by Gifted Queenz Creation LLC, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with clear photos of the issue.
If we determine that the error was made by us, we will work with you to correct the order or provide a replacement at no additional cost, as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Once production has begun or materials have been purchased specifically for your order, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
